Q.What is the capacity of your party rooms?
A.Our party room will seat 40 people very comfortably. It can also be arranged to your specifications.
Q.Can I bring my own food and drinks?
A.Yes, we currently do not have food options available at the center. We do have Pepsi products and Mini Melts Ice Cream!
Q.Can I decorate the party room?
A.Yes, you are free to decorate any way you would like!
Q.When can I set up?
A.We want to give you as much time as possible to setup! Generally the room is available 1 hour in advance. Depending on whether this is a previous party or not, you may be able to get in earlier!
Q.Do you provide staff for assistance during the event?
A.Our entire staff is available anytime that you need us! We don't want to be a bother and want you to enjoy your event we do however try to check in with you during your party to ensure that your event is going as planned!
Q.Is there electric in the party room?
A.Yes. we have a very generous supply of electric. There is an electric strip that will allow you to plug in up to 10 to 12 items!
Q.Can I bring my own entertainment or performers?
A.Yes, we also have many options for you to choose from for entertainment! If you decided to bring in your own entertainment, please have them contact us so that we can assure that we have everything they would need to perform for you!
Q.What if we need to cancel?

Q.Do you require a deposit and what happens if I need to cancel?
A.Yes, all orders require a 25% deposit. Worried about the weather? Hesitating for fear of the unexpected? Don't fret! As a family-owned business, we understand that things come up, surprises happen, and situations change when we least expect. That's why we introduced our Worry-Free Cancellation Policy: They are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 10 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel less then 10 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year! Unfortunately , if you cancel the day of your event we will use the deposit to cover expenses incurred as we begin working on your event at least 24 to 48 hours prior to ensure we are staffed with enough employees, preparing equipment/loading, etc. As we stated, we are family owned and will work with you to help in anyway we can!!
